Happiness, is finding your purpose in life, and fulfilling it. Happiness, is when you can stand up tall and smile at who you are without worrying what others think.

Happiness is laughter. It's the appreciation for the small things, because without those small things survival would be pretty dim. Happiness is the realization that life can't get any better than this.

Happiness is the lulling beat that sounds through your heart every 10 seconds. It's the way your breath moves in and out of your body, it's the ability to choose your own destiny, and it's the ability to make your own happiness out of anything.

Happiness is the warmth of your body. Happiness is looking at the world in a different perspective and using that perspective for a better cause. It's the feeling you get from skin on skin contact, and the feeling you get from holding a person's hand and being able to connect with that person on whatever level.

Happiness is the feelings of hope after everything seems entirely hopeless. It is the feeling of achievement and faith you have in yourself. It is the ability to feel, period.

Happiness is the humanity in us.
